NACL Industries Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Designated Employees

NACL Industries Limited has informed the stock exchange about the closure of its Trading Window. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading by Insiders'. The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company for designated employees, specified persons, and connected persons will be closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the company for the 4th Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The date for the Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
