Rajasthan Tube Mfg Co reconstitutes committees, notes auditor resignations

Rajasthan Tube Manufacturing Company Ltd announced key changes following a Board of Directors meeting on June 13, 2026. The Board approved the re-constitution of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, with Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Pandey as Chairman for all three. The transmission of 2000 equity shares from the late Mrs. Usha Dewan to Mr. Rajiv Dewan was also approved. Additionally, the Board noted the resignations of CS Khusbhu Kanwar as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. M. Goyal & Co. as Cost Auditor, both effective May 15, 2026.
