Rajasthan Tube Mfg Co Ltd: Board Re-constitutes Committees, Notes Auditor Resignations

Rajasthan Tube Manufacturing Company Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on June 13, 2026, approved the re-constitution of its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. The Board also approved the transmission of 2000 equity shares. Additionally, the Board noted the resignations of CS Khusbhu Kanwar as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. M. Goyal & Co. as Cost Auditor, both effective May 15, 2026.
