Loka Properties Pvt Ltd & Others Acquire 19.57% Stake in Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd via Preferential Issue of Equity Shares

Loka Properties Pvt Ltd, Basudev Builders Pvt Ltd, Aakanshi Agency Pvt Ltd, and Somani Estates Pvt Ltd have jointly acquired 60,00,000 equity shares, which represents around 19.57% of the total paid-up capital of Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd. The acquisition was made through a preferential issue of equity shares. The total equity share capital of Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd before the acquisition was INR 9,36,91,000/-, which increased to INR 30,65,51,200/- after the acquisition. The total diluted share/voting capital of the company also increased to INR 30,65,51,200/- post acquisition.
