SEBI Imposes Fine on Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd for Non-Compliance of LODR Regulations

Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd has been imposed a penalty of Rs. 1,00,000 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for non-compliance of Regulation 30(3) read with Regulation 30(4)(i)(c) and disclosure of litigation / dispute read with Reg 4(1)(h) of the LODR Regulations. The company, which has discontinued its business operations since June 2024, has no operational revenue and the fine has affected its finances.
