NCLAT Sets Aside Insolvency Petition Against Vikram Solar

Vikram Solar Limited announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has set aside a previous order by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench. The NCLT order, dated June 12, 2026, had admitted an application under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, against Vikram Solar. This latest NCLAT order, dated June 29, 2026, effectively dismisses the insolvency proceedings initiated against the company. Vikram Solar will provide the written order upon receipt.
