Nahar Industrial Enterprises to Dispose of Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Oswal Silchar Logipark Private Limited

Nahar Industrial Enterprises Ltd. has announced that it will not pursue any business in its wholly owned subsidiary, Oswal Silchar Logipark Private Limited, and will dispose of its entire shareholding. This decision will result in Oswal Silchar Logipark Private Limited ceasing to be a subsidiary of the company. The subsidiary, incorporated on 10.12.2025, contributed negligibly to the company's turnover and net worth in the last financial year. The transaction is expected to be completed on 11.02.2026, with the consideration received being Rs. One Lakh only. The buyers, Mr. Jugjiven Singh and Mr. Om Prakash, do not belong to the promoter/promoter group. The sale is not a related party transaction and is not part of a scheme of arrangement.
