Nam Securities Board Meeting on July 17 to Approve Q1 2026 Results

Nam Securities Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for July 17, 2026, at its New Delhi office. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also address any other business with the chairman's permission. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also stated that the trading window for dealing in its securities will remain closed for directors, officers, and designated employees for 48 hours after the disclosure of the financial results, to prevent insider trading.
