Nam Securities Board Meeting on Sep 5 to Approve Annual Report & Auditors

Nam Securities Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for September 5, 2026, to approve the Director's Report and Management Discussion and Analysis for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting will also fix the date, time, and venue for the 32nd AGM for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and approve the draft notice for the AGM. Additionally, the board will consider the closure of the register of members and share transfer books, and appoint/re-appoint Internal, Statutory, Secretarial Auditors, and a Scrutinizer. The appointment and/or re-appointment of Independent Directors will also be discussed.
