Nam Securities Ltd Schedules Board Meeting to Approve Q4 Results of FY2025-2026

Nam Securities Ltd has informed the BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on 14th February 2026 to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. The meeting will take place at the company's registered office in New Delhi. The trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for directors, officers, and all designated employees 48 hours after the disclosure of the financial results, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
