Nanavati Ventures Appoints Internal and Secretarial Auditors for FY26

Nanavati Ventures Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Appa & Associates as Internal Auditors and VJV & Co. LLP as Secretarial Auditors for the Financial Year 2025-26. The appointments were approved during a Board of Directors meeting held on August 25, 2026. M/s. Appa & Associates, Chartered Accountants, will provide internal audit services, while VJV & Co. LLP, Company Secretaries, will handle secretarial audit functions, both effective immediately for the specified financial year.
