Nandan Denim Limited has acquired 40,02,096 equity shares, representing 6.1% of the total equity, in M/s. Opera Vayu (Narmada) Private Limited (SPV) for a total consideration of ₹4,00,20,960. This acquisition is part of an agreement for purchasing wind and solar power under the applicable captive power route. The SPV is a Special Purpose Vehicle, and Shivman Wind Energy Private Limited is identified as the Promoter and Project Implementer. This move aligns with Nandan Denim's strategy to secure renewable energy sources for its operations.
