NAPS Global India Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

NAPS Global India Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the Financial year ended 31st March, 2026 for the company's Designated persons including their immediate relatives. The date of the Board meeting for the consideration and approval of the Financial Results for the above-mentioned period is yet to be communicated.
