This acquisition makes Purple Impex India Private Limited a subsidiary of NAPS Global India Limited. The acquisition falls within related party transactions as the promoter/promoter group has an interest in the transaction and Purple Impex India Private Limited is a subsidiary of NAPS Global India Limited. The Investee Company was incorporated on April 04, 2025 and is engaged in a comprehensive range of activities including buying, selling, importing, exporting, marketing, and distribution of goods, merchandise, and services of all types on retail and wholesale basis in India or elsewhere. The cost of acquisition is Rs. 1,50,00,000.
