Narendra Properties Ltd has announced the closure of the Trading Window from 01.04.2026 till 48 hours after the publication of the audited financial results for the financial year ended 31.03.2026. This closure is in accordance with the Model Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02,2019. The Board Meeting for approval of these results will be held on or before 30™ MAY 2026.
