Narendra Properties Ltd. Approves Leasing of Property to Ankur Foundations Private Limited

Narendra Properties Ltd. has approved at its meeting held on 11.11.2025, a related party transaction with M/s. Ankur Foundations Private Limited for leasing of property. The transaction is in the nature of renting of property on lease and the duration is up to 3 years. The value of the transaction is Rs. 50,000/- per month or such other sum as may be decided from time to time not exceeding the overall limits prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013. The board has authorized Chirag N Maher, Managing Director and Rishabh Haran, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer to determine materiality of an event or information and for making disclosures to the stock exchange(s).
