National Fertilizers Ltd: Senior Management Changes Announced

National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) has announced changes in its senior management. Shri J. Ramesh has retired as Executive Director (F&A) effective September 1, 2026, upon reaching superannuation. Concurrently, Shri T.K. Batra, currently Chief General Manager and Head of the Bathinda Unit, has been promoted to Executive Director, also effective September 1, 2026. Shri Batra is a Chemical Engineer with over 38 years of experience in the fertilizer industry, holding an MBA in Finance and extensive operational and management experience across NFL units.
