National Highways Infra Trust Announces 5th Annual Meeting Details

National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT), through its Investment Manager, has announced key decisions made via circular resolution on June 26, 2026. These include the notice for the 5th Annual Meeting of Unitholders, the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 (including Management Discussion and Analysis), and the proposed re-appointment of M/s Ernst & Young Merchant Banking Services LLP as the Valuer for NHIT and its Project SPVs. The re-appointment is for the residual period until November 30, 2028, subject to unitholder approval, with their remuneration also to be fixed.
