NHIT to evaluate 4 road stretches for acquisition

National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) has been informed by NHAI about the approval for inclusion of four road stretches, totaling 449.48 km, under InvIT Round-6 for potential acquisition. These stretches are located in Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra. The inclusion is part of the Assets Monetization plan for FY 2026-27. The final decision on acquisition is subject to further evaluation and discussion by the management and Board of Directors of NHIT's investment manager.
