Steel Strips Wheels Renews Lease Agreement for AMW Autocomponent

Steel Strips Wheels Ltd announced the renewal of its lease agreement for the property of AMW Autocomponent Limited (AAL). The renewal is for a period of up to 5 years, commencing from November 26, 2026, on the same terms and conditions as previously approved. The company also approved the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the limited review report. An interim dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share was declared, with November 20, 2025, set as the record date. Additionally, the appointment of Mr. Pranav Varma as Vice-President (Finance & Accounts) was approved, and a proposal for setting up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for commercial vehicle components was also greenlit.
