National Peroxide Director & CEO Rajiv Arora Resigns; Vinay Jayade Appointed
National Peroxide Limited announced that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Rajiv Arora from the position of Whole-Time Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective November 2, 2026. Mr. Arora will continue until this date to ensure an orderly transition. Concurrently, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Vinay Divakar Jayade as the new CEO and Whole-Time Director, effective November 3, 2026, for a term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Jayade will serve as CEO & Whole-Time Director (Designate) from October 1, 2026, working closely with Mr. Arora during the transition period. Mr. Jayade has confirmed he is not debarred from holding a director position by any regulatory authority.
