National Peroxide Ltd: CEO & Whole-Time Director Resigns, Successor Appointed

National Peroxide Limited announced changes in its top management. Mr. Rajiv Arora has resigned as Whole-Time Director & CEO, effective November 2, 2026, to facilitate an orderly transition. The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Vinay Divakar Jayade as the new Chief Executive Officer and Whole-Time Director, effective November 3, 2026, for a term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Jayade will serve as Designate CEO & Director from October 1, 2026, working closely with Mr. Arora during the transition period. Mr. Jayade is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
