NSDL: SEBI Approves ED Appointments for Vertical 1 & 2

SEBI has approved the appointment of Mr. Subhash Kelkar as Executive Director for Vertical 1 (Critical Operation) and Mr. Ankit Sharma as Executive Director for Vertical 2 (Regulatory, Compliance, Risk Management & Investor Grievances) at National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). The appointments are effective from their respective joining dates, subject to acceptance of the offer, fulfillment of terms, shareholder approval, and completion of due process. Mr. Kelkar previously served as CTO at BSE, while Mr. Sharma is currently Chief Regulatory Officer at NSE.
