R Systems International Board Approves Director Changes

R Systems International Limited's Board of Directors met on June 25, 2026, to approve several key changes. The tenure of Independent Directors Mrs. Ruchica Gupta, Mr. Kapil Dhameja, and Mr. Aditya Wadhwa concluded on June 28, 2026. Mr. Mukesh Mehta also resigned as a Non-Executive Director, effective the same date. Concurrently, the board appointed Mr. Shailesh Sharad Kekre, Ms. Sangeeta Kapil Jit Singh, and Mr. Srikanth Balachandran as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective June 29, 2026. Mr. Pranav Damani was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director from the same date. These appointments are initially for three months or until the ensuing General Meeting.
