ONGC Appoints Anupam Agarwal as CFO, Satyan Kumar as KMP

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) announced key management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on June 25, 2026. Shri Anupam Agarwal has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, replacing Shri Yogish Nayak S. Shri Agarwal brings over 35 years of experience in finance and commercial management within the oil and gas sector, with a distinguished career at ONGC and ONGC Videsh. Additionally, Shri Satyan Kumar has been appointed as a Key Managerial Personnel in his role as Director (Strategy & Corporate Affairs).
