Rallis India Announces Senior Management Changes

Rallis India Ltd has announced changes in its Senior Management Personnel. Mr. Velmurugan Ramadass has been appointed as Business Head - Seeds Division and Senior Management Personnel, effective June 29, 2026. He brings over 30 years of experience in the Indian seeds industry. Concurrently, Mr. Sukhbir Singh Malik (Head - Marketing and Customer Centricity) and Dr. Vairamani Ramanathan (Head R&D - Seed & Biotech division) have ceased to be part of Senior Management Personnel due to superannuation, effective July 1, 2026. These changes are in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
