Natura Hue-Chem Appoints KCMG & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Natura Hue-Chem Limited's Board of Directors, upon recommendation from the Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of KCMG & Associates as the company's Statutory Auditors. This appointment fills a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Batra Deepak & Associates. KCMG & Associates will initially hold office until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Subsequently, they are appointed for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 31st AGM until the conclusion of the 36th AGM, subject to shareholder approval. KCMG & Associates is a chartered accountancy firm with over twenty years of experience in auditing, taxation, and consultancy.
