Natura Hue Chem: Promoters Sell 15.53% Stake to Anuj & Kanika Chahal

Natura Hue Chem Limited announced that its Promoter Sellers have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) dated October 28, 2026, to sell their entire shareholding of 6,43,600 equity shares, representing 15.53% of the voting share capital, to Mr. Anuj Chahal and Mrs. Kanika Chahal. This transaction will result in the Acquirers gaining control of the company and will trigger an Open Offer obligation under SEBI (SAST) Regulations for the public shareholders. The total shareholding of the Promoter Sellers prior to the SPA was 15.53%, with individual holdings ranging from 0.90% to 1.93%. The Acquirers, Anuj Chahal and Kanika Chahal, held 3.02% and 0% respectively prior to the SPA.
