Natural Capsules: Audited Results Approved; Director Re-appointed

Natural Capsules Ltd. approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Shri Laxminarayana Moondra as Whole Time Director for 3 years, revised his remuneration, appointed M/s. Mallya & Mallya as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27, and appointed Mr. Akshay Dutta as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Additionally, the NRC approved the allotment of 25,000 equity shares against ESOPs, increasing the paid-up share capital to ₹10,41,11,540.
