Navigant Corporate Advisors Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for FY 2025-2026 Audited Financial Results

Navigant Corporate Advisors Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the purpose of consideration and approval of Audited Financial Results for the year ending March 31, 2026. The closure will come into effect from April 1, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results. The decision is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons for trading in Company’s Share / Securities. Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives are barred from trading in the company's share/securities during this period.
