
Navin Fluorine to invest ₹3.63 Cr in captive power SPV
Navin Fluorine International Ltd has entered into Amendment Agreements to enhance its captive power generation capacity. The company will invest up to ₹3.63 crores via Compulsory Convertible Debentures in Pro-Zeal Green Power Eleven Private Limited (SPV) for a 26% stake. This investment will facilitate the supply of an additional 3.30 MW of hybrid wind and solar power to its Surat Unit, supplementing the existing 6.60 MW supply. This move is expected to result in significant savings on power costs and support the company's sustainability initiatives. The SPV, incorporated in May 2025, has a nil turnover. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and is expected to be completed within 11 months.
