Meghna Infracon Launches ₹300 Cr Commercial Tower 'Meghna One'

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited has launched 'Meghna One', a 2.8 lakh sq. ft. biophilic commercial tower in Thane's Wagle Estate. The project has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹300 crore and features 17 storeys of Grade-A office spaces, wellness, retail, and hospitality. Designed as Thane's first lake-facing, IGBC Gold-certified tower, it offers flexible office configurations from 569 sq. ft. to 10,500 sq. ft. This launch marks the company's strategic entry into large-format commercial real estate, aiming to cater to evolving business needs and contribute to Thane's commercial growth.
