Meghna Infracon Recommends ₹0.25 Final Dividend for FY26

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Ltd's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.25 per share on 2,17,23,750 equity shares for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The record date for determining shareholder entitlement will be announced later. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
