Meghna Infracon Sets Dividend Record Date for FY26

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Ltd announced that the record date for its final dividend for FY 2025-26, if approved by shareholders, has been set as September 17, 2026. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 5, 2026, also approved the Directors' Report and the notice for the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. The proposed final dividend is Rs. 0.25 per share. The company also appointed M/s. Hemal K Shah & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
