
Nazara Q1FY27 Revenue ₹429 Cr; Appoints New CEO, Acquires Bluetile/BestPlay
Nazara Technologies reported Q1FY27 consolidated revenue of INR 429 crore and EBITDA of INR 46 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 10.8%. Excluding the deconsolidated NODWIN Gaming, comparable revenue grew 9% YoY. The gaming segment saw revenue growth of 14% YoY to INR 275 crore with a 19.5% EBITDA margin. The company also announced the appointment of Raymond A. Stauffer as CEO, effective September 1, 2026, and accelerated its 100% acquisition of Bluetile and BestPlay for USD 303 million in an all-cash deal. Nitish Mittersain will continue as Founder and Managing Director.
