Nazara Technologies Limited has confirmed the effective date for the appointment of Mr. Raymond Albaladejo Stauffer as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). The Board of Directors, through a resolution passed by circulation on September 16, 2026, has set this date as the official commencement of his tenure. This follows an earlier disclosure on August 3, 2026, regarding his initial appointment. Concurrently, Mr. Nitish Mittersain has stepped down from the CEO position, effective September 15, 2026, and will continue in his role as Managing Director and KMP. All other terms of Mr. Stauffer's appointment remain as previously disclosed.
