Shree Digvijay Cement Appoints Amit Arora as MD & CEO for 5 Years

Shree Digvijay Cement Company Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Amit Arora as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a term of five years, effective from June 17, 2026. The shareholders approved this appointment at the 81st Annual General Meeting held on September 16, 2026. Mr. Arora brings over two decades of experience in the cement industry, having held leadership roles at ACC Limited and Vicat Group. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from IIM Indore. He is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding a directorial office.
