Ramky Infrastructure Appoints Pooja Kachalia as Company Secretary

Ramky Infrastructure Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Pooja Kachalia as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 16, 2026. Ms. Kachalia, a Fellow Member of ICSI with over two decades of experience in corporate governance, legal, and regulatory compliance, will also serve as Key Managerial Personnel. Her prior roles include Group Company Secretary & General Counsel at Varsity Education Management Private Limited and experience at GreenPark Hotels & Resorts.
