K Gautam Acquires 6.16% Stake in NCL Industries via Inter-se Transfer

NCL Industries Ltd has disclosed that K. Gautam, part of the promoter group, has acquired a 6.16% stake in the company through an inter-se transfer. The acquisition involved 2,787,201 equity shares. The total equity share capital of NCL Industries remains Rs. 45,23,27,900, comprising 4,52,32,790 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, both before and after the transaction. This disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
