Nectar Lifesciences Extends Slump Sale Completion Date to Dec 31, 2026

Nectar Lifesciences Limited has announced an extension for the completion of its slump sale transaction with Capnest Health Care Private Limited. The original disclosures regarding the transfer of business on a slump sale basis were made on December 20, 2025, and April 28, 2026. The parties have now mutually agreed to push the expected completion date to on or before December 31, 2026. All other terms and disclosures related to the slump sale remain unchanged.
