This campaign aims to assist investors in updating their KYC details, bank account mandates, nominee registration, and contact information, as well as to claim their unpaid or unclaimed dividends to prevent transfer of dividends and shares to the IEPF Authority. Nectar Lifesciences Ltd. has entered into an inter-corporate loan agreement with its Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Avensis Exports Private Limited, for an amount not exceeding INR 100,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees One hundred crore only). The loan is unsecured and will be used by the borrower for general corporate purposes and business requirements. The tenure of the loan is 10 years with an interest rate of 12% per annum, calculated on a simple basis. The transaction is at arm's length and the borrower is a WOS of the lender.

Nectar Lifesciences Ltd. has successfully defended a legal case filed by Sanjay Chemicals India Private Limited in the Mumbai City Civil Commercial Court. The Hon'ble Court returned the plaint to the Plaintiff, citing a lack of jurisdiction to hear the matter. The Plaintiff had sought recovery of a ₹ 43,30,914 principal amount, 21% interest, and a ₹ 2,00,000 penalty. The Company argued that the Court lacked jurisdiction and that the claims were time-barred, resulting in the dismissal of the suit with no liability or action against the company.
