Neogem India Ltd Appoints Ms. Shivali Mishra as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

On Tuesday, March 17, 2026, the Board of Directors of Neogem India Ltd appointed Ms. Shivali Mishra as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel. Ms. Mishra is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds degrees in B.Com and LL.B. She has over five years of post-qualification experience in handling compliances under the Companies Act and SEBI Regulations. The appointment is in accordance with the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD- POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
