Nestle India Board to meet for Q1 results & special dividend

Nestle India announced two upcoming Board Meetings. The first, scheduled for July 3, 2026, will consider the declaration of a special dividend for 2026, if any, out of the company's retained earnings. The second meeting, on July 22, 2026, will consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The record date for determining entitlement to both the final dividend for FY2025-26 and the potential special dividend is July 10, 2026. If declared, the special dividend will be paid from July 30, 2026, along with the final dividend. In light of these events, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed from July 1, 2026, to July 24, 2026 (both days inclusive).
