Netlink Solutions India Ltd: Multiple Director Changes Announced

Netlink Solutions India Ltd has announced significant changes in its board and management. Ms. Komal Bairathi has resigned as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective August 18, 2026. Concurrently, Ms. Vidushi Pagare has been appointed to this role, effective August 19, 2026. Mrs. Kajal Gopal Baldha has resigned as Whole Time Director & Chief Financial Officer, also effective August 18, 2026. Mr. Bhanu Rank has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective August 19, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Gopalkumar Girdharbhai Ranparia has been appointed as Additional Director - Managing Director, effective August 19, 2026. Mr. Kaushal Ameta has also resigned as Independent Director, effective August 18, 2026. These changes were approved by the Board of Directors on August 18, 2026, based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee & Audit Committee.
