Netweb Technologies Recommends ₹3 Dividend

Netweb Technologies India Ltd's board approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Reflecting strong financial performance, the board recommended a final dividend of ₹3.00 per equity share (150% of face value of ₹2), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration at the AGM. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Sankalp & Associates as the Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26 and formally recognized Mr. Mukul Kedia and Mr. Swastik Chakraborty as Senior Management Personnel.
