Netweb Technologies Recommends ₹3 Dividend Per Share

Netweb Technologies India Ltd's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹3.00 per equity share (150% of face value of ₹2), subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. This decision reflects the company's strong financial performance and commitment to rewarding shareholders while maintaining a prudent balance sheet. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration at the AGM. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s.
