Neueon Corp Partners Elcom Innovations for ₹35 Cr Procurement

Neueon Corporation Limited has entered into a procurement partnership/MOU with Elcom Innovations Private Limited. This agreement, dated July 24, 2025, focuses on the supply of tactical communication equipment and solutions. The partnership is for the procurement of raw materials and is expected to be executed by July 23, 2027. The estimated value of the order is approximately ₹35,00,00,000 (Rupees Thirty-five crores only), exclusive of tax, to be fulfilled in tranches. This is a domestic arrangement, and neither the promoter nor promoter group companies have any interest in Elcom Innovations, nor does it fall under related party transactions.
