Mamta Securities Acquires 9.77% Stake in New Markets Avenue

Mamta Securities Private Limited has acquired 10,00,000 equity shares, representing 9.77% of the total share capital, in New Markets Avenue Limited (formerly New Markets Advisory Limited). The acquisition was made through a preferential allotment on August 13, 2026. Prior to this transaction, Mamta Securities held no shares in the target company. The total equity share capital of New Markets Avenue Limited remains 1,02,40,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, both before and after the acquisition. This disclosure is made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
