Newever Trade Wings Ltd Board Approves Auditor, MD, CFO Appointments

Newever Trade Wings Ltd announced key changes following a Board Meeting held on August 5, 2026. The company accepted the resignation of its statutory auditor, M/s. PAMS & Associates, due to geographical constraints. M/s. Lipika and Associates has been proposed as the new statutory auditor for a five-year term, subject to member approval. Mr. Nitin Oza was appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY2026-2027. Furthermore, Mr. Manoj Batham was appointed as Additional Director (Executive-Managing Director) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a three-year term, also subject to member approval. The board also approved the appointment of three additional directors: Mr. Navneet Khare, Mr. Saroj Kumar Choudhury, and Ms. Iranee Tripathy as Non-Executive Independent Directors for five-year terms.
