Newever Trade Wings Appoints New Auditors, MD, CFO, and Directors

Newever Trade Wings Ltd announced key changes following a Board Meeting held on August 5, 2026. The company accepted the resignation of its statutory auditors, M/s. PAMS & Associates, citing geographical constraints. M/s. Lipika and Associates have been proposed as the new statutory auditors for a five-year term, subject to member approval.
